Many people have not heard of goat’s milk soap or the benefits of goat’s milk soap. The benefits come from the goat’s milk its self and the art of handmade soap. The process of making handmade soap yields glycerin in the finished product, which helps retain moisture in skin. Commercial soap makers remove the glycerin out of the soap before it is sold. The secret in the goat’s milk soap itself is, capric-capryllic triglyceride, a molecule only found in goat milk that has found to be very healthy for the skin. This wonderful combination of glycerin and capric-capryllic triglyceride is very comforting to dry, irritated skin.
